Is my child suitable for the Cogo attention training programme?
Is there clinical evidence that the Cogo attention training programme works?
Yes, Cogo was developed out of a decade’s worth of clinical trials which showed significant improvements in children with attention difficulties. Aside from exhibiting better results in their assessments, there were improvements in their brain activity scans as well. Check out the published papers.
How many sessions are there in the Cogo programme and will my child need to complete all sessions?
There are 24 sessions in the Cogo programme that your child will need to complete. It is recommended that your child commits to 2 – 3 times a week over a 2 – 3 months' timeframe to ensure the best results as supported by our clinical trials.

I am concerned about game addiction. How does Cogo programme ensure that my child is training and not getting addicted to the game?
Are there known side effects?
Your child may or may not experience slight headaches and dizziness. Rest assured that these are very minimal cases reported when a child is going through attention training. Most of the time, participants feel better and can carry on after taking a short break.
What is my role as a parent during the Cogo programme? Do I have to actively guide my child during the training?
We recommend parents to play an active role during their child’s attention training programme.
Parents will be responsible for scheduling their child’s training sessions, ensuring there is a conducive environment for the training to take place and giving appropriate encouragement and motivation for session completion.
How will I know that the Cogo programme is successful for my child?
For every session completed, you will be able to view your child’s brain and game score on the post-session statistics and tracker on the app. Additionally, you will be able to gauge your child’s performance for that completed session by an attention graph and the distance travelled by the avatar.
Upon completing the 6th, 12th, 18th and 24th session, you will receive an email with a report of how your child is progressing so far in the training programme.
After my child has completed the 24 sessions, does he/she need to repeat the Cogo programme?
Our clinical trials have shown that the benefits of the programme are evident even after its completion. Brain scans were done on participants, and we found increased and continued activity in areas of the brain that controls attention functions, even 8 weeks after programme completion.
